We invest our time and money in making sure that everyone who joins us is equipped to do the role to the best of their ability, through structured induction programmes and job specific technical training.   We also offer NVQ’s and BIC’s accredited training across a number of sites.

Our first line managers benefit from attending development courses that support their progression and give them all the tools they need to be great people managers.  These courses cover a variety of subjects and are offered in conjunction with our further management training, Influencing for Success, Handling Difficult Conversations and Identifying and Managing Talent, delivered on residential courses.
