TC facilities management (TCFM) has been a key employer partner of Remploy since 2008, when they appointed Remploy as their national disability employment partner.
The partnership focuses on:

In the same year, with Remploy’s help, TCFM gave 44 disabled individuals the opportunity to secure rewarding employment. Six years on and this figure has grown to more than 150 a year; making TCFM Remploy’s fastest growing partner within the facilities management sector.
The company’s commitment to increasing their disability confidence has been further strengthened by training managers on disability and diversity awareness, as well as purchasing Remploy’s Disability Guide. The guide provides TCFM employees with simple and practical advice and guidance on supporting disabled people and those with long-term health conditions in the workplace.
The partnership between TCFM and Remploy has proved an unqualified success by any measure; ensuring the successful sustainment of their employees.
