TC facilities management (TCFM) and Equinox Security have worked hard to attain standards that make us credible and reliable companies. We have attained and maintained the following accreditations and memberships:
ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
This certification ensures that we provide customers with consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings business benefits to both parties.
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
This certification ensures that the environmental impact is being measured and improved.
ISO 18001 – Operational Health & Safety Management Systems 2010
This ensures “best practice” policies, procedures and controls needed for us to achieve the best possible working conditions are put in place.
CHAS – Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme
This accreditation means we are approved to work for all of CHAS’ buyers.
This membership gives peace of mind that we provide health and safety to an accredited level.
ACS Pacesetters Programme
Our ACS score has enabled us to secure membership of the ACS Pacesetters Programme; an independent initiative made up of Contract Security Guarding Companies who are in the top 15% benchmarking and achievement levels set by the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme.
CSSA – Cleaning & Support Services Association
The CSSA is a leading force in the drive for professionalism and excellence through training and development.
CSSA membership means that an organisation has been independently vetted and is required to adhere to its Code of Practice. This code of practice centres on providing businesses with services that are ethical, professional and good value for money.
BICSc – British Institute of Cleaning Science
The institute combines intelligence from highly regarded cleaning industry Experts to provide “Best Practice” for the cleaning industry.
BIFM – British Institute of Facilities Management
We are corporate members of the BIFM Group Membership Scheme. This recognises, rewards and supports the professional development of our staff; helping to build strong and effective FM teams that benefit the organisations we serve.
